We kindly ask for your understanding that our company accepts no liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using our boats, provided the captain has acted correctly at all times.
Use of our boats is at your own risk. For safety reasons, we kindly ask you not to assist during docking or undocking, as this is when the risk of accidents is highest.

Although our boats are regularly maintained and inspected, we cannot take responsibility for events beyond our control, including weather conditions or actions of third parties.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip will be charged at 100%. Cancellations made earlier are free of charge.
Rain is not a reason for free cancellation. If stormy weather is classified as unsafe for navigation, the trip will be cancelled free of charge for safety reasons.
If unexpected bad weather arises during a trip and requires us to end the tour early, only the time already spent on board will be charged.

Important to know: All cantonal authorities confirm that there are no yachts, Bösch, or Riva boats on Lake Lucerne that are officially approved for commercial passenger transport and meet all legal and structural requirements. The ship's certificate must explicitly state "Passenger Ship/Fahrgastschiff" or "Commercial use/Gewerbliche Nutzung".

You are very welcome to arrange your comfortable, fast, and traffic-jam-free arrival and departure with us.
We charge a flat fee of CHF 50 for carrying all luggage as well as for the wear and cleaning of the boat.

The private boat is reserved exclusively for the guest for the hours booked. Swimming and sightseeing stops are included. You decide the route, we are happy to advise you.

Two children under 12 years count as one person. A 1-meter railing extension ensures safety, and child life jackets are available.

Small dogs are welcome. Water bowl is provided.

Direct boarding with a wheelchair is not possible. However, if the guest can take two steps onto the boat by themselves, we are happy to assist. Foldable wheelchairs can be stored on board.

Smoking on board is permitted. Ashtrays for cigars are also available.

Diamond & Star GmbH does not offer these services.

We are not responsible for any lost items of any kind. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming.

We offer a carefully selected range of drinks at fair prices, including glass cleaning. For larger groups, we recommend pre-ordering your preferred drinks to ensure everything is available and chilled.

Bringing your own food and drinks is generally allowed. For this, we charge a corkage, service, and cleaning fee of CHF 60, which covers:

• Providing and cleaning of bowls, plates, and glasses
• Additional time required for end-cleaning the boat
• Disposal of empty bottles and waste

Please note:
We do not have cooling facilities for your drinks or food onboard and cannot take responsibility for any perishable goods you bring.

Some items unfortunately cause permanent stains and are therefore not allowed:

• Red wine
• All types of berries (raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
• Cheese and chocolate will melt
• Oily olives
• Curry dishes

Please apply sunscreen before boarding. Unfortunately, stains from sunscreen and spray cannot be removed from our windows and boat leather.
If reapplying sunscreen, spray it into your hands first and then apply it to your body. After applying, please sit on a towel to protect the seats.

Feel free to bring your own towels. Alternatively, you can rent one from us for CHF 5 per towel.
